200th post - Keith Jarret
As promised in my 100th post, we did go for another hundred images. To make this 200th post special and not be unfair to anyone, I give you my all time favourite piece. It could be considered more classic than jazzy, it remains a very special and unique piece. I have listened to this piece about a zillion times. Can't get enough of it. Enjoy it.
And here we go for another hundred images...

Champion Jack Dupree with Teddy McRae - Lonely Road Blues
the musician : Champion Jack Dupree with Teddy McRae
the tune : Lonely Road Blues
the artist : Melanie Elfert
And about the image, Melanie's words : "I know the song is more Blues than Jazz, but I hope it'll get a chance. I liked the idea of combining the song's situation with some of the instruments, in a handmade, improvised and partly an honest shabby mood, as is my view on Jazz and Blues."
Well done Melanie.

Jacques Brel - Rosa
the musician : Jacques Brel
the tune : Rosa
the artist : Jardley Jean-Louis
I know we are far from jazz music but Jardley sent me this very nice portrait of Jacques Brel. It gives me the opportunity to share my love of this incredibly talented Belgian singer.
If you have time, check out some of his videos, he really was a great performer.
